Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond between brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. On this day, a sister ties a Rakhi around the wrist of her brother to pray for his prosperity, health, and well-being. The brother in return offers a gift and promises to protect his sister from any harm under every circumstance.To celebrate this event students of DAVPS Cambridge International tied the knots of protection to trees. With this they promised to be an active protection member of their environment and pledge for its safeguard.
