Modelling Anemometer : STEM CLUB ACTIVITY

 















In Stem Club learners made an Anemometer, to make an anemometer, they used 5 disposable cups, a pencil , pins, clay, cardboard pieces. They took a cup and pierce nails in the Centre of cardboard in such a way that it appears as a plus sign at the center. Then, paste four cups on the arms of the straws facing in the same direction. Keep the cup anemometer near the fan to see how wind flows and enable cups to rotate. They understood the mechanism behind its working and enthusiastically participated in the modelling anemometer.

Demonstration of modelling Anemometer STEM CLUB ACTIVITY

Next station please Activity Global Perspective

 








As a part of the project of Global Perspectives, skill focused research and topic disease and health, Learners Researched in groups on their focused research question based on prevention, distribution and vaccination of disease. They worked in their teams. Next station please activity was organized to emphasize on the challenges and solutions of working in Teams. Learners in groups wrote all the points related to all the challenges they faced during their project while working in the team. After they went to next station to solve the challenging points of other teams. By this way they were able to analyze all the problems and found solutions to solve the problems coming while working in teams.

Science Dumping Activity Class VII

 



















Dumping activity was organized in stage-8 (class-7) as a part of an assessment check after the end of a topic. The Topic was Structure of atom in which learners in groups have to individually write the points that they remember about the topic which was discussed throughout all the classes. Learners very well made a mind map and presented their points individually. This activity made learners much more clear about the points of topic through their peers.

Dumping activity was organized in stage-9 (class-8) as a part of an assessment check after the end of a topic. The Topic was Periodic Table in which learners in groups have to individually write the points that they remember about the topic which was discussed throughout all the classes. Learners very well made a mind map and presented their points individually. This activity made learners much more clear about the points of topic through their peers.
